Shanghai MCC steel pipe company limited specializes in manufacturing steel pipe for oil pipeline, waterline, natural gas, ore slurry line and city utility supply, and pipe pile as well as structure pipe for high rise building, bridge, port and foundation work of large industrial project. The company has imported the advanced equipment and technology, for example, the new manufacturing process of inner diameter expansion forming by three rollers. It can produce the spiral submerged arc double welded pipes of various specifications with diameter from 219mm to 2337mm and thickness from 4mm to 22mm and different materials including carbon steel, lower alloy steel and pipeline steel. Now we have a set of spiral welding machine importer from germany(SP1600)and another set of spiral welding machine of 1600 which is made in China. In order to assure all the products are up to standard, the company has allocated other advanced test and monitoring equipment, including the on-line and leave-line ultrasonic test equipment, x-ray industrial TV, expand diameter equipment, and 1200t static water pressure test machine and a chemical lab for the quality inspection in the course of production. So far we have obtained certificates GB/T9711.1 of China. ISO9000 by Dey Norske Veritas A/S and lioyd''s register of shipping and also obtained the standard certificate from API. Our products can meet various standards such as GB, API, AWWA, DIN, JIS and BS. The annual capacity is 120,000t. With a history of more than ten years, the company possesses a group of experienced technicians, management personnel and skilled workers. The company has manufactured X60 and X65 long distance pipeline of high strength and high toughness with different diameters. The company is closed to baosteel,5km east to Shanghai port,10km south to Shanghai North railway station. Its location is convenient for transportation either by land or by water.
